When insurance companies delay or deny rightful claims, it can feel like you’re up against a system designed to wear you down. But even in the toughest times, you have the right to stand up and demand fairness.
That’s where I come in. I help individuals and small businesses push back against these tactics, navigate the legal system, and secure the compensation they deserve to rebuild their futures.

”“When I needed help, the group at Red Dirt Legal stepped in and took the bull by the horns – with positive and successful results. They always kept in touch with me, explaining the process until a positive result was in hand.”

My path to law was paved with a strong sense of justice and a desire to make a difference.
Though my childhood dream of becoming President was revised after witnessing the dangers of the role, the desire to advocate for others remained.
I pursued law, driven by a dedication to fairness and a love for the courtroom honed through years of speech and debate.
Initially, I sought financial stability and courtroom experience, which led me to defense work. But as the great-granddaughter of a coal miner who lost his life in the West Virginia mines, I yearned to be a voice for the injured and wronged. I knew that injuries and unfair practices don’t just harm an individual — they affect families, businesses, and entire communities. I wanted to fight for those who needed someone to champion their cause, not stand against them.
This realization led me back to Tulsa, where I spent years perfecting my trial skills through personal injury work.
Years later, I began to see how often insurance companies use delay tactics, undervalue claims, or avoid paying altogether, especially when individuals or small businesses lack the resources to fight back. I realized the need for experienced, compassionate advocacy to challenge these practices and the strategies insurers use to avoid responsibility.
My approach to lawyering is deeply personal. I believe in building trust with my clients, offering a safe space to share their stories, and guiding them through the legal process with empathy and understanding.
I start by believing my clients and offering honest advice and clear explanations, empowering them to make informed decisions about their cases.
It’s important for lawyers to be accessible and responsive, which is why I give all my clients my cell phone number. People need to know they’re heard, especially when facing challenges that can feel overwhelming. I understand that the legal process can be daunting, and I strive to make it as clear and empowering as possible.
